Privacy

  1. All to-do items will be sent to Service Providers deemed relevant with your first name and suburb details only. (E.g. "John from Claremont"). This means that Service Providers have no way of contacting you directly other than through the toodu medium.
  2. We will never disclose any of your personal information (except for first name and suburb) without your permission or unless required to by law.
  3. We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with a 3rd party, especially your email addresses and phone numbers, without your express permission or unless required by law.

Email Correspondence

  1. We will never spam you or give your email address to anyone (without your permission).
  2. We will only ever send you emails that we feel are essential to the delivery of our services.
  3. At your request we may send you various alert/notification emails. The frequency of these emails can be controlled by you under your Settings.
  4. No Service Providers registered on our site will ever be given your email address without your express and specific permission.

Personal Information

Aggregate Information

  1. We may sell, rent or share information about user habits in aggregate only.
  2. We will never do so in a manner that could even remotely be individually identifiable.

Cookies and Log Files

  1. Toodu.co.za sends a "cookie" to your computer that contains an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using. We use this cookie to provide you with a continuous experience, and for us to record how our service is being used.
  2. As is done with most web sites, we log each visit to each web page. A log entry can contain information typically found in the "header" of your web browser's request such as the browser type you used, your Internet Protocol address, and the date and time of day. We may also log your cookie's identification number and the URL of the last site you visited. This log information is important for security, audit, quality improvement, as well as for monitoring the health of our service.
