Toodu Service Providers Code of Conduct
We care deeply about protecting our clients from offensive messages and unwanted solicitations. For that reason every Service Provider that registers with Toodu agrees to abide by this Code of Conduct.
Conduct
- Please treat all users with respect. Do not use offensive or socially unacceptable language.
- The information you post and submit must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any information of which you are unsure in any way should include appropriate disclaimers.
- You may not use the Toodu messaging system for any illegal purpose and you must not post information or material that breaches or infringes any person's contractual rights, intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy rights or any other rights.
- You may not use the Toodu messaging system for the transmission of any junk mail, spam, chain letters or other unsolicited message.
- You may not register key phrases or service locations for which you do not have the ability or intention to deliver on.
- You may not impersonate any other user or staff member of Toodu.
Responsibility
- You are responsible, and may be liable, for anything you say or post on the Toodu messaging system. Toodu reserves the right to monitor and/or remove any message posting (or part thereof), at any time, without notice.
Identity
- You may not pose as any other business other than the business you legally represent.
- You may not act as an agent for another business on the Toodu site without written permission from that business.
Upholding the Code
- Toodu has the right, in accordance with the, to close the account of any user who violates this Code of Conduct.
- Users have the ability to mark messages received as spam. Each such mark will be reviewed by Toodu and should your listing receive an unacceptable number of spam allocations your account may be closed by Toodu.
